Sweet Donair Sauce (Halifax-Style Garlic Sauce)

- 1 can 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1–2 tsp water to thin, if needed
Combine ingredients
In a medium bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, white vinegar, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
Whisk well
Whisk until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency (optional)
If desired, add 1–2 teaspoons of water to thin the sauce slightly. Stir again.
